Premises Currently Closed

Posted on Tuesday, 24 March, 2020

In light of the Government’s announcement yesterday evening, we have temporarily closed our Uxbridge and Ickenham offices with immediate effect, until further notice.

We take our responsibility to protect our colleagues and customers seriously. As such this means that team members will not be permitted to attend our offices this morning, which means that we will be unable to attend to customers. Therefore please do not travel to any of our locations tomorrow.

The majority of our staff are now set up at home with phones and computers for remote access to our systems and will be ready to try and assist the best they can from home.

We are mindful that there may have been some viewing appointments, tenancy checkins and property sale completions. If you’re affected by this we will be in touch with you shortly to discuss the options available at this time.

We would ask, that if you are a keyworker, that you contact us as normal by phone or email and notify us if you are. We will make every endeavour to help everyone contacting us but will prioritise assistance to tenants who are key workers, the elderly or vulnerable but we must ensure that we do this in a safe and compliant manner. If your query relates to a maintenance / repair that is non essential and not urgent please email us as we will come back to you as soon as we can. We kindly ask that you help keep our resources free to help allow us to assist people with urgent property matters.

If you are not a keyworker, elderly or disabled but have queries or require assistance, please also contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

These are unprecedented events and we anticipate that many of our customers will contact us during this time, so we ask that you please bear with us while we do our very best.

It was my hope that we would be able to facilitate an orderly closure as outlined in my previous letter, however the safety and welfare of all UK citizens must now take priority.

Thank you for your understanding and we hope you and your family stay safe and well.
